Zach is currently a staff technical writer at Stripe, solving complex documentation challenges and serving as a mentor to other writers. Previously, Zach has worked on Kubernetes and other cloud native projects at the Linux Foundation; API docs at GitHub, Rackspace, and a handful of startups; and freelance technical editing for O’Reilly. In their spare time, Zach knits, plays roleplaying games, knits, swims, and grows a garden.
